Victor Osimhen Market Value Drops to €65m in Latest Transfermarkt Update

Victor Osimhen’s market value has dropped from €75 million to €65 million in the latest Transfermarkt update, giving the Galatasaray and Nigeria striker his lowest valuation in four years.

The €10 million decrease was recorded in the latest review of player values in the Turkish Süper Lig. Despite the drop, Victor Osimhen remains the most valuable player in the league.

Victor Osimhen’s Market Value Falls by €10m

Osimhen’s latest market value stands at €65 million, compared with his previous valuation of €75 million.

According to the latest figures, the Nigerian striker was last valued at €65 million in June 2022, when he was 23 years old and playing for Napoli.

His current valuation is also €55 million below his career-high market value of €120 million, which he reached during his time at Napoli.

Osimhen Remains Turkey’s Most Valuable Player

Despite the Victor Osimhen market value drop, the Galatasaray striker remains at the top of the Turkish football market.

Osimhen is valued at €65 million, ahead of Galatasaray teammate Rafael Leão, who is valued at €50 million.

Dušan Vlahović is valued at €35 million, while Mohamed Salah has a €22 million valuation in the latest update.

The figures mean Osimhen remains comfortably ahead of the other highly valued players in the Turkish league.

Why Did Victor Osimhen’s Value Drop?

The latest reduction comes despite Osimhen making an impressive start to the 2026/27 season.

The Nigerian forward has scored six goals and provided two assists in four league appearances for Galatasaray.

However, he suffered an injury in September that has kept him out of recent Champions League matches and Nigeria’s 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

His move from one of Europe’s top five leagues to the Turkish Süper Lig has also previously affected his valuation.

When Osimhen joined Galatasaray on loan in September 2024, his market value was €100 million. Transfermarkt later reduced it to €75 million following his move away from one of Europe’s major leagues.

Osimhen’s Galatasaray Valuation History

Osimhen’s market value has changed significantly over the past few seasons.

When he arrived at Galatasaray in 2024, he was valued at €100 million. That figure later fell to €75 million and subsequently dropped to €70 million before returning to €75 million after Galatasaray completed his permanent transfer from Napoli in July 2025.

Transfermarkt maintained the €75 million valuation as recently as May 2026.

The latest €65 million figure therefore represents another significant change in the Nigerian striker’s estimated market value.

Osimhen Still Among Football’s Top Strikers

The reduction in market value comes at a time when Osimhen continues to produce strong numbers for Galatasaray.

His six goals and two assists from his first four league appearances of the season show that his scoring form has remained strong despite the change in valuation.

The 27-year-old also remains an important player for both Galatasaray and the Nigerian national team.

His latest valuation could change again depending on his performances, fitness and future transfer situation.

For now, Victor Osimhen’s market value stands at €65 million, making him the most valuable player in the Turkish Süper Lig despite the latest €10 million decrease.
