Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Victor Ikpe, popularly known as Keivo, has been disqualified from the reality show following a physical altercation with fellow housemate Tram.
Big Brother announced Keivo’s disqualification on Tuesday after addressing the housemates about an incident that occurred during the final week of the “Show Ya Sef” season.
Disagreement Over a Shirt Escalates
The incident reportedly began after Tram accused Keivo of taking his black shirt.
Keivo denied the accusation and maintained that he owned a similar shirt. The disagreement became heated before eventually escalating into a physical confrontation.
According to reports, Keivo threw the first punch during the altercation, prompting other housemates to intervene. Big Brother subsequently instructed everyone in the house to freeze while Ninjas were sent in to restore order.
Big Brother Announces Keivo’s Disqualification
Following a review of the incident, Big Brother told the housemates that Keivo had been identified as the perpetrator of the physical violence.
He was subsequently removed from the house and disqualified from the competition.
Big Brother also reminded the remaining contestants that disagreements are part of living together, but physical violence is prohibited under the show’s rules.
Keivo’s Final Moments in the House
Before his removal, Keivo became emotional while explaining his actions.
He said the situation was about more than the shirt and expressed concern that viewers would leave the show believing he had taken something that belonged to another housemate.
His disqualification means his journey ends just days before the scheduled Season 11 finale on October 4.
Nine Housemates Remain
Keivo’s removal leaves nine contestants competing in the final stage of the “Show Ya Sef” season.
According to Africa Magic, the remaining housemates are Aikou, Barry, Bluethophia, Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, Temi Nkem and Tram.
The winner is set to receive the show’s ₦160 million grand prize.
Finale Set for October 4
With Keivo no longer in the competition, attention now turns to the remaining finalists as they prepare for the October 4 finale.
The disqualification adds another major development to a season that has already featured multiple evictions and disciplinary action.
The remaining contestants will now continue their final days in the house with the ₦160 million prize awaiting the eventual winner.
